Please Help Me Out!

Hey there!

I'm looking around for a good printer/scanner. Under or a bit over $100. I don't need glossy prints or anything, just something simple. Any recomendations? Models I should avoid?
I really need a printer, and I'd like to scan some old and new art, so this is kinda important for me.
